1. App and Developer
- App name: GRAVITY
- Developer / operator: G168 K.K. (株式会社G168)
- Website: https://gravity.gay
- Scope: every feature of GRAVITY, in every market where it is distributed
This page publishes the standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) adopted by GRAVITY and its developer G168 K.K. (株式会社G168). These standards apply to every user of GRAVITY.
2. GRAVITY is for adults 18+ only
- GRAVITY is available only to adults aged 18 or older.
- Registration and use by anyone under 18 is prohibited. There are no exceptions.
- Date of birth is required at sign-up. Accounts calculated to be under 18 are rejected by the system and cannot be created.
- If we learn after registration that a user is under 18, we terminate the account immediately and delete the registration data and all content posted from it.
- We require additional age or identity verification from users suspected of misstating their age, and we suspend accounts that do not comply.
3. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
G168 K.K. (株式会社G168) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The following are prohibited on GRAVITY. A single violation results in permanent account termination.
- Posting, sharing, sending, storing, linking to, soliciting, or attempting to obtain material that depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child (CSAM)
- Grooming: building trust with a minor for sexual purposes
- Images, video, illustrations, or audio that sexualize or sexually suggest a child
- Sexual approaches to minors, sexual conversation with minors, and sending or requesting sexual imagery to or from a minor
- Soliciting, enticing, or arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes
- Child prostitution or child pornography: trading, brokering, advertising, or offering payment
- Text and any generated output, including AI-generated images and AI-generated text, that sexualizes a child (prohibited whether the child is real or fictional)
- Prompting the AI coaching features with the intent of producing sexualized depictions of children
- Creating a profile that impersonates a minor, or using photographs of a minor
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or justifies child sexual abuse or exploitation
4. In-app reporting
GRAVITY provides an in-app reporting mechanism. Users can submit a report from “Report” on each of the following:
- Profiles (“Report” on the profile screen)
- Photos (“Report” on a photo)
- Messages (“Report” on a message)
- AI output (“Report” on an AI-generated reply or image)
The report categories include “Possibly under 18”, so users can flag suspected minors directly. Reporter identity is never disclosed to the reported user.
Child safety reports receive top priority, and we respond to every report within 24 hours.
Users who cannot report in the app can email our support desk at support@gravity.gay or use the help page at /help.
5. What we do when CSAE or CSAM is found
- We remove the content immediately and make it inaccessible.
- We permanently terminate the account and block re-registration.
- We preserve the records needed for investigation, including the content, communication logs, IP addresses, and device information.
- We report to the authorities: the Japanese police and the Internet Hotline Center in Japan, and NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) in the United States.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement inquiries and legal process.
6. Preventive measures
- Date-of-birth verification at sign-up blocks users under 18.
- AI moderation of every uploaded photo. Images showing exposure or sexualization of a person estimated to be a minor are rejected automatically.
- AI generation features block output that sexualizes children.
- The report queue is monitored continuously, and child safety reports are handled first.
- Detection of re-registration by terminated accounts.
7. Legal compliance
G168 K.K. (株式会社G168) complies with child protection laws, including the following Japanese statutes, and with applicable laws in every market where GRAVITY is distributed.
- Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and the Protection of Children
- Child Welfare Act
- Youth Protection and Development Ordinances of each Japanese prefecture
- Act on Development of an Environment that Provides Safe and Secure Internet Use for Young People
